Grace

Cheerful little Grace was the family entertainer and when she was almost three, her parents received the heart stopping news that she had a sacrococcygeal germ cell tumor. Instead of going to the park to play, her daily life included bloodwork, scans, tests, and treatment.   However, this little lady has handled it with determination, positivity, and extraordinary “Grace”. Some of you may remember her from our on-stage presentation at the 2023 Winter Ball when she was gifted with her “More” of toys to deliver to other kids at the place where she’s spent so much time, Children’s Minnesota. She also received the exciting news that her wish to go to Disney World was going to be granted. Mom just sent us this great photo compilation of their trip and we couldn’t wait to share them because they are sure to make you smile. Mom also warmed our hearts with this note of thanks, “We can’t thank you all enough for everything you have done for Grace, and our family! Wishes & More and all their amazing donors gave our family a vacation and experience of a lifetime. We are so excruciatingly… to the marrow of our bones… Grateful, for each and every one of you. You made our sweet girl’s dream come true! She’s my hero! Our hero, and we all want to say thank you for everything! What Wishes & More does and all of you contribute to, is nothing less than heroic too!” Thank you to all our #WAMHeroes for helping us make wishes a reality for kids like Grace!
