Samuel was born with a juvenile case of Polycystic Kidney Disease. Doctors were fairly certain that he had the disease before he was born. Samuel began experiencing complications around age 7, went through dialysis and eventually received a kidney donation. Not surprising to Sam’s family, he was incredibly brave and never complained. Wishes & More® was thrilled to grant this deserving young boy’s wish of visiting Disney World. It was definitely a nice vacation from all things medical!
