Everleigh

Everleigh is a fun-loving, active three-year-old who loves being outside. She adores all things girly—but she's just as happy getting messy in the mud! If she had her way, she'd spend every day running, exploring, and playing outdoors. Everleigh was born with a rare genetic condition that affects her growth and development, resulting in significant mobility challenges. She is unable to walk and instead scoots herself along the ground to get where she wants to go. Recently, her family learned that she has a severe allergy to grass and other outdoor allergens, making it difficult for her to safely enjoy the outdoors she loves so much. Consequently, Everleigh's wish was for a deck so she would have a safe outdoor space where she can play, explore, and simply be a kid without the worry of severe allergy flare-ups. We're thrilled to share that her wish became so much more than a deck. It has become a place where Everleigh and her brother can relax, enjoy outdoor movie nights, gaze at the stars, and, most importantly, play, play, play! It's also the perfect space for Everleigh to use her adaptive outdoor equipment to practice standing and continue building her strength and mobility. We wish this incredible family a summer filled with laughter, adventure, and countless memories in Everleigh's very own happy place.
