Alex was a 6-year-old warrior on ice – with a love for hockey and delight for the outdoors. Whether it was digging in the dirt looking for treasure or fearlessly plunging in the deep end like a pro swimmer. Even after he was diagnosed with T-Cell lymphoblastic lymphoma in early 2024, he remained upbeat and resilient. He faced long days of surgery, good days of recovery and games, hospital snuggles, hallway shin hockey, injections, chemo and so much more – but throughout it all, he was surrounded by love. Though his fight was difficult, Alex continued to wear a smile that outshined the sun and showed those around him what the true meaning of courage, love, and resilience. Alex was cherished by his teammates, who saw him as a champion both on the ice and in their hearts. He loved watching the Minnesota Twins and enjoying life’s simple joys, ballpark treats, playground trips, and mini golf, showing everyone the importance of doing what you love. While it is our joy to provide wishes for the kids we support, memorial gifts are also a treasure for parents and siblings who are left behind. It symbolizes a community that cares and allows them to use these heartfelt funds to memorialize their loved one in any way they choose. Holding Alex forever in our hearts.
