Dylan was a handsome two-year-old baby boy struggling with Down syndrome and Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He peacefully passed away surrounded by family and his father said, ” We know he met some pretty awesome people already that welcomed him with open arms. We also know that he is giving a lot of kisses, hugs, and knucks.” Thank you, Keith Wenda and Michelle Smith for being generous enough to provide the funding necessary to grant this little man’s memorial.
