When his family first found Wishes & More, Cole was in extremely poor health due to a traumatic birth with only 25% of the blood needed in his body. His parents anticipated receiving a memorial grant instead of a wish fulfillment. Despite the poor prognosis for their child, they remained hopeful and continued to see him through his many crises and treatments. Suddenly, and miraculously, Cole began to recover, and Wishes & More was more than happy to jump into action to fulfill his wish! Our wish wizards met with the family and found out more about Cole – how he can’t walk or hold himself up, but that he loves exploring the outdoors and finds joy spending time in nature with his family. His wish for an adaptive bike that will allow Cole to spend more time outside while strengthening his legs was put into motion and recently, family and friends helped him celebrate with special party and kick-off ride at a park near their home in Woodbury! Wishing Cole and his loving family many years of adventures together exploring parks and trails on Cole’s wish come true!
