Lindsay

With a big smile and infectious laugh, Lindsay appeared to be like any other normal teenager. However, this New Brighton teen was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Doctors were able to successfully remove her grapefruit sized tumor, and she continued to undergo an intense chemotherapy regimen.  When Wishes & More® met Lindsay, she expressed her need for speed and wished to own her very own jet ski. Her wish came true when volunteer, Dave Reed, showed up with a brand new Kawasaki jet ski. Lindsay was ecstatic! After unloading the Jet Ski into the lake, Lindsay hopped on, fully clothed and sporting a matching life jacket to take it for a spin. In addition to her new ride, Wishes & More® also supplied a trailer, trailer license, safety training course and two life jackets. She spent the afternoon giving her friends and family rides. She even gave Dave and President of Wishes & More®, Karla Blomberg, rides of their own. Lindsay’s mom said, “her wish couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you Wishes & More!”
