A wonderful reminder of our “why”! Enjoy reading this thoughtful note from Mom! “Our daughter, Cary Lynn, qualified for a wish from Wishes & More due to her having several life limiting medical conditions. Cary Lynn is complex and doesn’t get to go out much or travel due to a compromised immune system. COVID shrunk an already small world of limited opportunities into a nonexistent world. She couldn’t go anywhere. The most we could do was take long drives. This was so devastating to her. Children’s Hospital Palliative Care referred us to Wishes & More and we met an amazing team. They brought hope into our home. The team helped us brainstorm and make amazing choices. The process was so easy and fun. We decided on an undersea-themed playroom. Thanks to the generous donations my daughter has an amazing place to play and hang out. It’s made our lockdown a happier time and Cary Lynn loves playing there every day. This wish was such a blessing! Thank you so much for your generosity!”
