On Father’s Day, 2011, Zoe’s life changed in an instant. She was the only survivor in a car accident that took her father and two sisters from her – and while in critical condition from injuries sustained during the accident, doctors also discovered that she had cancer. Wishes & More® met this beautiful teen just a few months later and were impressed with her strength, her determination and her plans for the future. She described her love of travel and fashion design and her wish to go to Paris. Her incredible loss of three loving family members will always leave a deep hole in her heart, but Wishes & More® hopes that sending her, her mother and her younger sister to Paris will always be a bright spot and warm memory that helped them mend and adjust to their new lives. In July 2013, Zoe’s wish came true and she enjoyed every minute of her time in Paris and looks forward to traveling to Europe again soon. Zoe can now happily say she is cancer-free and that Wishes & More® truly gave her the hope she needed along the way.
