Tia

Tia was a fighter from day one.  She and her twin were born at 24 weeks gestation and both overcame many obstacles in their first year.  Mom shared that Tia fought especially hard for every ounce of freedom that she could get and through it all, she had a smile on her face.  She also described Tia as “a very happy baby, a bright ray of sunshine that brought so much joy to everyone around her!  She loved spending time with her nurses and family.”  Sadly, after only 16 months of life, this precious, little cherub’s fight came to an end on November 3^rd.  Mom received Memorial funds from Wishes & More in lieu of a wish.  This single mom was referred to Wishes & More by her social worker who knew she’d need the extra support to lay her beautiful baby girl to rest.  Our hope is that we have the opportunity to give each of our kids a memorable wish, but we know that when our Memorial funds are given, they show grieving families how much we care and allow the loving arms of our community to also support them.
