Tara Broker Lashley joined the Wishes & More team in August 2022 as the Director of Development. In her role, Tara is responsible for fostering an environment of inclusivity and commitment to WAM’s financial success through cultivation of donors and supporters at every level.
Tara strongly believes that every child should have positive experiences that turn into positive memories to look back on over life. This passion has been a driving factor for her through her entire career. Working for the American Heart Association, Junior Achievement, Girl Scouts, and most recently Jeremiah Program, her commitment to the individuals she serves is unwavering. Tara is dedicated to securing the resources needed to provide extraordinary experiences to every single Wish Recipient.
When Tara is not at work you can find her volunteering for her daughter's Girl Scout troop, her kid's elementary school Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), or the children’s ministry at her church. You will also find her spending quality time with her family and friends making memories.
