Matthew

Matthew is a seventeen-year-old who loves to fish, watch movies on his iPad, and play Minecraft. His favorite show to watch is Duck Dynasty – mom says he must have watched every episode ten times! Matthew was born with Leukodystrophy which is a progressive neurological condition that has confined him to a wheelchair. Dealing with difficulties from his diagnosis is something Matthew has done his entire life and he needed something to put a smile on his face. His ultimate wish was to meet the cast from his favorite show. Fortunately, his favorite star of the show, Willie Robertson, was scheduled to be in Minnesota…it was obviously meant to be! Wishes & More happily sent Matthew and his family by limousine to see Willie speak and spend some one-on-one time with him, followed by a Duck Dynasty themed dinner! Will even took off his trademark bandana and gave it to Matthew – something he will treasure forever.
