Jordan is a sweet young girl living with the challenging condition of Cystic Fibrosis. Jordan is as brave as it comes and never lets her smile fade even as she endures her daily routine of 20 -25 pills; two nebulizers with 3 medications; and two vest treatments taking a total of two hours. Jordan loves animals and her dream wish was to encounter all sorts of animals on a Disney Vacation! Jordan’s wish came true and she traveled to Animal Kingdom where she was greeted by giraffes, zebras, and hippos! Thanks to Steve and Charlotte Garske for funding Jordan’s great time! She had fun in the sun and truly went on the adventure of a lifetime!
