Hannah is a eighteen-year-old, first year at Normandale College awaiting a Kidney Transplant. Three days a week, Hannah spends her day getting dialysis. This schedule, and the complications of kidney failure, is exhausting and drains this sweet young lady of her strength. Unfortunately, this will remain her routine until she gets the long-awaited word that her donor is found and a transplant is scheduled. Wishes & More was thrilled to be able to break that routine by granting her Wish for a Shopping Spree and giving her a “Treat Yourself Day”. Hannah invited her parents, her brother Evan, and friend Annika along to share her special day. Hannah and crew started their day with a limo picking them up and taking them to the Mall. They made a stop at IKEA to pick out items for Hannah’s room before heading over to the Mall of America for more shopping! She interrupted her shopping to experience the FlyOver America ride and dinner at CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar. Hannah headed home with shopping bags full of special memories! Hannah described her day as “amazing!” and we’re so glad we could arrange it for her!
