Hailey is an adorable four-year-old who is a true princess from the top of her head to the end of her little toes. Born with Congenital Heart Disease she underwent a heart transplant at the early age of one. Through this struggle, this sweetheart had her Disney Princess dolls and books to get her though the days. Her wish was to meet all of the Disney Princesses in person as she visited the magical kingdom of Disney World.
