Cesar is a six-year-old battling HPHP Type 3 kidney and liver disease and lives with his family in Howard Lake. He likes airplanes and loves ice cream cake. He also expressed a lot of interest in traveling to Disney World so Wishes & More® sent Cesar and his family there on Valentine’s day in 2014! Cesar experienced a lot of excitement on his trip including his very first plane ride, meeting many of the Disney characters and eating as much ice cream as he wanted at Give Kids the World. Cesar returned to Minnesota from sunny Orlando just in time for the big snow storm!
