Cade

Seven-year-old Cade is a busy little guy from Eden Prairie.  He came to Wishes & More as he was receiving treatment for a brain tumor, and when our volunteers visited him, he talked about all his favorites - playing outside, riding his bike, going to the playground and doing arts & crafts.  He also shared that Stitch is his favorite character and he wished to meet him on a Disney Cruise!  Cade and his big brother and parents spent a week out at sea and had the time of their lives creating wonderful family memories. Cade met all of his favorite characters - including Stitch! He also loved the Kids Club activities and enjoyed ALL kinds of food onboard the beautiful cruise ship.  We also heard that our friends at Delta gave him the best send-off in the Sky Club and he received a personal greeting from the pilot!  Dad shared, “Thank you again for giving Cade a memory of a lifetime and allowing tons of different people to celebrate him.” We’re hoping this time away from home will remain a joyful and beautiful memory for this great family!
