Amela is a fun-loving, outgoing, and fashionable fifteen year old girl living with Lupus. Amela and her family are from Bosnia, but are currently residing in Minnesota. Amela has always loved shopping and being up to date on the latest trends. When our Wish Wizards visited Miss Amela her wish became very clear; she wanted a shopping spree at the largest mall she’s ever seen… our very own Mall of America! Amela and her family arrived at the Mall in style in a stretch limo and she was ready to go with gift cards galore to fulfill her shopping spree wish! Amela is now more fashionable than ever and working hard to stay positive and look forward to a bright future past her condition. Thanks to the generosity of the participants in the Ian Spindler Memorial Golf Tournament, Amela experienced a day of fun at the MOA and left with memories to last a lifetime.
