Nine-year-old Nathan quietly passed away as 2015 came to a close. He liked to be called “Nate the Great” and is deeply missed by family and friends. He lived in Brainerd and was a giving, free spirit who received countless “Peacemaker” awards from his teacher. He loved making people laugh and he was not only a good student; he was a MN Wild hockey fan, a fisherman and the life of the party. After speaking with Mom, she recalls that he was a nurturer to his core and will be deeply missed. In lieu of a wish, Nathan’s family received a Memorial grant from Wishes & More which we hope will help with the cost of final arrangements for dear Nate. Each time we write a check for a Memorial grant, it breaks our hearts. Wishing we could do more for this grieving family, but thankful we are able to help with our Memorial grant program.
