Dylanger was born with a rare condition called MECP2 Duplication Syndrome. This rare condition causes low muscle tone, which keeps Dylanger in a wheelchair and causes many other developmental complications. Dylanger loves to watch sports, especially basketball, and his wish was for tickets to a Timberwolves game. Wishes & More was able to give him more than just game tickets – he was also able to be on the floor during warm-ups, feast at the stadium concessions, and experience a funded mini-shopping trip at the souvenir shop! Wishes & More was honored to give Dylanger the opportunity to see his favorite team play the Orlando Magic live!
