Meet Lejla! Sweet little Lejla is only two years old and yet her parents have had to face the reality that it is likely that she may not have many more birthdays to celebrate. She has a rare and aggressive brain tumor with a very poor prognosis. A favorite past time for mom and dad is to watch her outside playing with her brother and sister. Mom shared that Lejla has a very sweet, little-girl-love of butterflies and sunshine and flowers and we agreed that a lasting and special wish would be for her own garden. Lejla’s garden now has an area for butterflies and fairies and berry plants to feed winter birds; as well as an area to sit and enjoy each blooming plant and to forever belong to Lejla.
